Choose the perfect muffler tip to complement your exhaust system. Each tip is meticulously crafted to deliver both performance and aesthetics, with a variety of materials and finishes to suit your style and bike specifications.

– GP1R features a 60mm bore angular tip and is available in Black Aluminum Billet or Pure Titanium Billet.
– GP1RS offers a 50mm bore angular tip, also crafted from Black Aluminum Billet or Pure Titanium Billet.
– GP2R/GP2 is designed with a titanium welded tip for durability and a sleek finish.
– V3 Mini provides a 60mm bore angular tip, made from machined Aluminum Billet in Champagne or Black, or from machined Pure Titanium Billet.
– V3 includes a 60mm bore angular tip, crafted exclusively from machined Black Aluminum Billet.

Please choose your preferred design, keeping the following in mind:

Carbon Fibre: Laser etching is not possible. For GP2R, select the Standard Decal. For GP1R, choose Carbon Fibre GP1R Only.

Black Ceramic or Titanium: Select one of our laser etching options.

YAMAHA R6 (2020-2024) – GP3 Low Mount De-Cat System

Upgrade your Yamaha R6 with the GP3 Low Mount De-Cat System, engineered for maximum weight reduction, improved exhaust flow, and an aggressive race-inspired sound. This system removes the catalytic converter and joins at the OEM headers, requiring cutting for installation.

Exhaust Options:

  • GP1R – 60mm bore tip in Black or Pure Titanium.
  • GP2 – 200mm can in Carbon.
  • GP2R – 110mm can in Carbon.
  • V3 – Available in 150mm, 200mm, or 250mm lengths, in Black Ceramic or Titanium.

    Removes Catalytic Converter – Connects directly to OEM headers (requires cutting for installation).
    Adjustable dB Levels – Internal baffling allows tuning from 102 to 110+ dB for the perfect balance of performance and compliance.
    No Remap Required – But pairing with a race ECU map or a mapped PCV will unlock additional power gains.
    Carbon Sleeve Option – The GP1 Carbon variant features a titanium core, ensuring long-term durability.
    Easy Installation – Includes full instructions for cutting and fitting.

dB Levels (Tested at 5500RPM):

  • V3: 102dB (without dB killer) / 97dB (with dB killer).
  • GP1 170mm: 104dB (without dB killer) / 98dB (with dB killer).
  • GP2: 104dB (without dB killer) / 98dB (with dB killer).
  • GP1 110mm: 105dB (without dB killer) / 100dB (with dB killer).
  • GP2R: 105dB (without dB killer) / 100dB (with dB killer).

Road Use:

Non-homologated exhaust systems may not comply with local road regulations and are intended for race use only. Noise levels can vary significantly, from standard to extremely loud. Please review the specifications carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Build Times:

Our exhausts are built to order, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 10 weeks for standard systems and 10 to 15 weeks for more complex full systems. These timeframes reflect the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, which are produced by a small team in the UK, as well as the high demand for these limited products.

Exhaust Types:

We offer three types of exhaust systems:

  1. Slip-On Exhausts: Replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons enhance sound and aesthetics.
  2. De-cat Systems: Replace both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter) while keeping the original OEM headers. These offer improved performance and noticeable weight reduction. Note: This system requires cutting for installation.
  3. Full Systems: Replace all three components—muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers—for maximum performance and weight savings.
