KTM Duke 790/890 Exhaust Upgrade Path
Upgrade your KTM Duke 790 or 890 in stages with our high-performance exhaust components. Choose the right combination to match your performance goals and riding style.
Stage 1: Slip-On Exhaust (Purchase Separately)
Start with our signature GP1 or RS22 slip-on exhausts for an immediate upgrade in sound and styling. These replace the stock muffler while keeping the factory mid-section and headers. Available separately.

Stage 2: De-Cat Pipe (Convert Your Slip-On to a De-Cat System)
Transform your slip-on into a high-flow de-cat system with this titanium mid-pipe. Designed for use with our slip-on exhausts, this upgrade removes the restrictive catalytic converter to improve performance and reduce weight.
Key Features:
Precision-built from full titanium
Engineered for advanced flow dynamics
Designed to work with our GP1 and RS22 slip-ons
Requires our A.T.O.M unit or a custom tune for proper fuelling
Using this pipe without the A.T.O.M module will void the exhaust warranty
Why the A.T.O.M Unit is Essential:
Stock fuelling on the 790/890 is tailored for EU emissions, not performance
The A.T.O.M system optimises ignition and fuel mapping
Built with premium connectors and developed using oil analysis to ensure safe, long-lasting engine performance
Required for all RS22/de-cat setups, including L-restricted versions (see more under Stage 3)
Stage 3: Titanium Header Pipes (Add to Your De-Cat System for a Full System)
Complete the transformation with our lightweight, race-spec titanium headers, engineered for maximum flow and power.
Key Features:
Made from premium-grade titanium
Designed to fit our GP1 and RS22 de-cat systems
Full system gains of 8–10 bhp over stock
Can also be used with the stock cat box and muffler for a smaller 1–3 bhp increase
Includes all necessary fittings
Titanium naturally blues/purples with heat over time
Massive weight savings:
Stock headers: 2.9 kg
Austin Racing headers: 1.1 kg
Weight saved: 1.8 kg
Note: KTM PowerParts belly pan does not fit with the race-spec headers (EU-spec compatible)
Compatibility Notice:
A.T.O.M unit is mandatory for any configuration using our RS22 or de-cat systems, including L-restricted models
On L versions, performance gains are noticeable up to 7,000 RPM (limited beyond this by ECU), but fuelling control remains essential for safe operation
Important Notes:
Road Use:
Non-homologated exhaust systems may not comply with local road regulations and are intended for race use only. Noise levels can vary significantly, from standard to extremely loud. Please review the specifications carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Build Times:
Our exhausts are built to order, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 10 weeks for standard systems and 10 to 15 weeks for more complex full systems. For the latest estimated delivery times, please visit Current Build Times. These timeframes reflect the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, which are produced by a small team in the UK, as well as the high demand for these limited products.
Exhaust Types:
We offer three types of exhaust systems:
Slip-On Exhausts: Replace the original muffler only.
De-cat Systems: Replace both the muffler and catalytic converter, retaining OEM headers.
Full Systems: Replace muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers.
Each system offers different benefits in performance, weight savings, and sound. If you’re unsure which option suits your needs, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Design Updates:
As each exhaust is handmade to order, our designs are constantly evolving to incorporate improvements. As a result, the final product may vary slightly from the pictures shown. These differences are typically very minor and represent the ongoing enhancements we make to ensure the highest quality. This adaptability is one of the unique benefits of owning a handcrafted exhaust.
