Choose the perfect muffler tip to complement your exhaust system. Each tip is meticulously crafted to deliver both performance and aesthetics, with a variety of materials and finishes to suit your style and bike specifications.

– GP1R features a 60mm bore angular tip and is available in Black Aluminum Billet or Pure Titanium Billet.
– GP1RS offers a 50mm bore angular tip, also crafted from Black Aluminum Billet or Pure Titanium Billet.
– GP2R/GP2 is designed with a titanium welded tip for durability and a sleek finish.
– V3 Mini provides a 60mm bore angular tip, made from machined Aluminum Billet in Champagne or Black, or from machined Pure Titanium Billet.
– V3 includes a 60mm bore angular tip, crafted exclusively from machined Black Aluminum Billet.

Please choose your preferred design, keeping the following in mind:

Carbon Fibre: Laser etching is not possible. For GP2R, select the Standard Decal. For GP1R, choose Carbon Fibre GP1R Only.

Black Ceramic or Titanium: Select one of our laser etching options.

Kawasaki Z900 (2017–2025) GP1R, GP2R & V3 De-Cat Race Exhaust Systems

Upgrade your Kawasaki Z900 with our high-performance de-cat race exhaust systems, designed for serious riders looking for weight savings, improved power, and an aggressive MotoGP-inspired sound.

Exhaust Options:

  • GP1R: 60mm bore angular tip, available in Black or Pure Titanium.
  • GP2R: 110mm carbon-fibre can for a sleek, lightweight design.
  • V3: 150mm length can, available in Black Ceramic or Titanium.

Key Features:

✅ Significant weight reduction (just 1.5kg).
✅ Aggressive MotoGP-style sound.
✅ Eliminates the restrictive catalytic converter.
✅ Gains of 3–5 bhp without requiring a remap.
✅ Requires cutting of the stock exhaust—measurements must be checked before ordering (74mm or 79mm outer diameter at the cutting point).

Noise Levels (Tested at 5500 RPM):

  • GP1R Can: 103dB (with dB killer) / 106dB (without).
  • GP2R Can: 103dB (with dB killer) / 106dB (without).

Road Use: Non-homologated exhaust systems may not comply with local road regulations and are intended for race use only. Noise levels can vary significantly, from standard to extremely loud. Build Times: Our exhausts are built to order, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 10 weeks for standard systems and 10 to 15 weeks for more complex full systems. These timeframes reflect the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, which are produced by a small team in the UK, as well as the high demand for these limited products.

Exhaust Types:

  • Slip-On Exhausts: Replaces the original muffler, keeping the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers.
  • De-Cat Systems: Replaces the muffler and catalytic converter while retaining OEM headers, offering weight savings and performance gains.
  • Full Systems: Complete replacement of muffler, mid-section, and headers for maximum performance.

Design Updates: As each exhaust is handmade to order, our designs are constantly evolving to incorporate improvements. As a result, the final product may vary slightly from the pictures shown. These differences are typically minor and represent our commitment to continuous enhancement.
