Choose the perfect muffler tip to complement your exhaust system. Each tip is meticulously crafted to deliver both performance and aesthetics, with a variety of materials and finishes to suit your style and bike specifications.

– GP1R features a 60mm bore angular tip and is available in Black Aluminum Billet or Pure Titanium Billet.
– GP1RS offers a 50mm bore angular tip, also crafted from Black Aluminum Billet or Pure Titanium Billet.
– GP2R/GP2 is designed with a titanium welded tip for durability and a sleek finish.
– V3 Mini provides a 60mm bore angular tip, made from machined Aluminum Billet in Champagne or Black, or from machined Pure Titanium Billet.
– V3 includes a 60mm bore angular tip, crafted exclusively from machined Black Aluminum Billet.

Please choose your preferred design, keeping the following in mind:

Carbon Fibre: Laser etching is not possible. For GP2R, select the Standard Decal. For GP1R, choose Carbon Fibre GP1R Only.

Black Ceramic or Titanium: Select one of our laser etching options.

  • GP1R: 60mm bore tip in black or pure titanium. Internal baffling offers noise control from 99 to 110+ dB.
  • GP2: 200mm carbon can for a sleek look and robust sound.
  • GP2R: Compact 110mm carbon can, perfect for aggressive styling.
  • V3 Options: Available in 150mm, 200mm, or 250mm sizes, finished in black ceramic or titanium for a refined look.
  • Construction: Full titanium build for ultimate lightweight performance.
  • Durability: Carbon options use a titanium sleeve for lifetime longevity.
  • Weight: System weighs just 1.2kg, significantly reducing overall bike weight.
  • Simple Installation: A bolt-on solution that de-cats your bike for instant enhancements in sound and power.
  • Noise Levels (Tested at 4500 RPM):
    • GP1R: 106 dB (without killer) / 103 dB (with killer)
    • GP2R: 106 dB (without killer) / 103 dB (with killer)
    • GP2: 104 dB (without killer) / 101 dB (with killer)
    • V3 (250mm): 98/99 dB (without killer) / 96 dB (with killer)

Compatibility Notes:

  1. Measure your stock system’s connection point to ensure compatibility:
    • 50mm: Suitable for 2008-2013 models.
    • 60mm: For 2014/SP/24 models.
  2. 2023+ Models: A servo delete plug is required, available for purchase separately.

Important Notes

Road Use: Non-homologated exhaust systems may not comply with local road regulations and are intended for race use only. Noise levels vary significantly, from standard to extremely loud. Review specifications carefully before ordering. Contact us with any questions or for assistance.

Build Times: Exhausts are built to order, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 10 weeks for standard systems and 10 to 15 weeks for complex full systems. For current delivery estimates, visit Current Build Times. Each exhaust is handcrafted by a small UK team, ensuring unmatched quality and exclusivity.

Exhaust Types:

  1. Slip-On Exhausts: Replace the bike’s original muffler, retaining mid-section and headers.
  2. De-cat Systems: Replace the muffler and catalytic converter, retaining OEM headers for improved performance and weight reduction.
  3. Full Systems: Replace the muffler, mid-section, and headers for maximum performance and weight savings.

Design Updates: Due to the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, designs evolve to incorporate improvements. Minor variations may occur, reflecting ongoing enhancements to deliver the highest quality.
