General Purchasing Questions

What is the timeframe from ordering to receiving my exhaust?

Each exhaust is made to order, as some bikes have over 50 different configurations on offer, so you get to choose the exact exhaust you would like us to make. They are all hand made in the UK by our technicians and depending on demand an exhaust order is generally available in 3-6 weeks.

Can i pickup the exhaust from your store?

Due to our location and operating hours we do not offer collection in store.

We do not accept cash at this point in time but can accept credit card payments over the phone.

All packages are sent via Australia Registered post with insurance and signature on delivery or Couriers Please with insurance and signature on delivery. This information will be supplied to you when your exhaust is being sent out.

Due to Austin Exhaust being made to order we do not accept returns. Once an order is being made it cannot be refunded.

Exhaust Specific Questions

How do i keep my exhaust in perfect condition?

For best results keep it clean so debris and dirt doesn't get burned into the material. The material itself is very strong however will stain over time with years of usage.

In most cases there are no issues. However we find most bikes out of the factory aren't tuned correctly as each bike can vary slightly off the assembly line. Plus with the addition of a different exhaust and Australian climate being different, tuning the bike to your environment and exhaust is the best option to get your bike running as smoothly as possible, making your engine perform better and decrease engine wear.
